the answer is without a doubt, SUR 13. i know that in califas SUR 13 is simply an alliance but this IS a gang all over the country! ive seen it countless times on news stories from all over the united states about SUR 13 being an active gang in there city. there is an active SUR 13 gang in my hometown of brownsville, texas. there IS even SUR 13 gangs in LA & califas. i saw some a string on this site about a SUR 13 click in hollywood that beefs with WHITE FENCE

Most westside and Northside Kings are probably PR,but Im betting the majority of the southside LKs are mexican.
