15 Things You Probably
Never Knew or Thought About

1. At least 5 people in this world love you so much they would die
for you.

2. At least 15 people in this world love you in some way.

3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they want
to be just like you.

4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they
don't like you.

5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep.

6. You mean the world to someone.

7. If not for you, someone may not be living.

8. You are special and unique.

9. Someone that you don't even know exists loves you.

10. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes
from it.

11. When you think the world has turned its back on you, take a
look: you most likely turned your back on the world.

12. When you think you have no chance of getting what you want,
you probably won't get it, but if you believe in yourself,
probably, sooner or later, you will get it.

13. Always remember the compliments you received. Forget about the
rude remarks.

14. Always tell someone how you feel about them; you will feel
much better when they know.

15. If you have a great friend, take the time to let them know
that they are great.

No. People hate for different reasons. That is just one of them.

A smile can defuse things sometimes and brings happiness to most (even if they don't necessarily like you); however, in some cases a smile can be taken as a sign of weakness unfortunately by people that are hardened and might invite trouble.

It's possible. I have people that love me very much. God never forgets.

Yes.

Forgive and forget as a rule yes; however, sometimes rude remarks can betray one's loyalties and though forgiven be wisely factored into decision-making to reach the best decision.

I'd say no. Move in the way that brings the most good. I wouldn't walk up to someone I don't respect or like and tell them that. I'd keep it to myself and stay on a positive track.

I used to didn't believe any of that either but after banging since I was 11 til I was 19 (I bang in my mind now) and changing my life at age 33, I have experienced most of the 15, however I had to let go of some old ideals and learn use the ones I had been taught as a kid. I'm mostly at peace with myself and the world. If I can change anything I try, if I can't I scream and let go. lol. Most things I tried to hold on to wasn't worth shit from the beginning but you couldn't tell me that.

Alonso you probably remember me, I talked with you on the phone when you did a piece in a magazine about the Bloods and you asked me some questions about Lil Country from the Brims. I been in and out of your site but finally joined a few days ago. I maybe too old now to be messing with these youngsters. lol but real. Thanks for the uplift and I believe most of what you post can apply if I seek it. That means I might have to give up somethings that are negative in my life and change all of my attitude along with seeking some things that will fit me today. I see where banging has gotten me and life is much better now that I'm a square. Living life at 57. Still thanking God.
