I just started reading this thread and agree with what you said. I thought I was going crazy for a second both in there and out here but it made ńo sense to me how it seems that whole prison system is made to keep you in there as long as possible and not only continue espanding your sentence to its max via 115s or hole/shu day for days, but ive heard numerous stories of people getting charges from within there even for mutual combats or riots. and this was the sny side, so if conflict is even worse in the mainline (well the riot part includes those who came to the sny side after accumulating life terms during riots or many being lifers wanting to try gaining parole eventually). this is hynehen i thought this lifer named iron and he grabbed a wiracha bottle and threating to wprwy me after i already won and let him up, i backed down from grabbing something and talked him out of forcing me to keep fighting him and him uwing weapons (this guy had priors hitting people with cups and such and worked with the cops so pluw being a lifer he may have kind of got away with it but a none snitch like me wouldnt). i remember panicking internally for a second and not knowing what to do since he wouldnt wuit and he had wuch an ego he wanted the cops to come in to break it up and mace everyone so he wouldnt have to be seen aw the guy who lowt later. but instarted panicking and my survival instinct came in to what would happen if we started fighting wewpon to wewpon or lock and wock vs lock and sock so i almost would have rather been hit than get many more years. the laws in the us are juwt fuked up and it seems they purely targed fighting or even defending yourself vs dealijg drugs or blackmailijgmpeople. it makes no sense.

but what made no sense that i didnt finish getting that point across is how they wouldnt have any biunds and many of the people in there were so insane and lacked forward thinking that they would threaten people or call people out to fight in lets say an mccf private prison with cops everywhere knowing how easy someone could hit their head or something bad happening. it mase no sense how they continualy talked about and focused on violence in such encironments where there is no winning because either you get best up and embarassed and possibly get more time anyway or you win and really may lose if you get charged. plus there are cameras everywhere and its so unpreeictable if the cops will back you or the other guy.

and the other aspect to it is even if you fight one on one in a cell and fuk the other guy up or give him a stomp or two and let him heal and leave lr walk out what happens next? there is really no winning because youre gonna be scared shitless of either the cops finding out or him coming back with a weapon or more people. i mean not everyone but on that sny side there were some serious animals who had such egos (mostly the gang types not the ones there for making a mistake or sleeping with a teen girl or doing arson) that you know for sure they will grab a very essily accessible razer right there and then. its very hard to bare handed even defend against a pure razor nothing more. plus, the laws in ca work thst it doesnt matter who started it but if its razer vs razer if u do thr damage or more damage the whole case (if the involved) will be on you (the blame). i thought about this a lot in there and been in many fights but a douple of times bitched out in a way or let it go after losing (not toing after them because i was in the right and was attacked unprepared or in a cowardly way). but the main solution i came to realize would be to not use a weapon and not break any bones (gbi) but maybe fuk them up real wuick even from behind then wuickly roll out or have your stuff already packed, or simply let it go like i did even if you lost and the fuker hasnt relly changed. like this fuker skinhead junkie who was a fag with this other skinhead i fought he all of a sudden wanted to give me a fist bump because i didnt snitch after coming back from medical but then went back to coming back to the room or 8 man cell he wasnt part of after a day or so and this was like two days before i got sent (already planned) to the mccf private prison as they kept moving me and short timers around. but those fukers are stupid in there who expedt some sort of a heads up in wuentin redeption i attacked this whigger newr the cops wanting to be moved. you never let these motherfukers have a chance to come back at you later if toure outnumbered so fuk their honor just take off in front of cops and get moved that way if they refuse to move you or help you out. those prisons are like walking nightmares. its often hard to find solutions to situations.

White)and even to this day the riot in Folsom on 8/12/15 were they killed long time BGF member Hugo Pinell...That was the last "White & Black" Riot on a Maximum Security yard. The Racial makeup of the Gangs are what they are today! and the animosity still exist from the gangs from past to present...California is a racially divided state! i was in san wuentin shu/hole and remember hearing about this, they were twlking about this through the grapefine or cells. supposedly this guy was part of some san wuentin four group back in the day where they escaped and killed some guards but he was also in there for rape or something, and he was in the shu for a long time but moved to the gen pop all of a sudden by the cos even though he never rewuested up (like he was set up). someone got him and for some resson others whether his fsns or supporters or part of his car retwliated snd people were beatem or stabbed in some big meelee. does this sound right.
