"Rocky Rontal" born and raised in stockton CA in his youth was apart of what were some of the very first gangwars between nortenos amd surenos in the stockton area in northern california, after a crew of Vickys Town Surenos moved into the area. One day VST 13 member "chuy" aged 16 at the time came looking for rocky wanting a fight at his mothers house, but rocky was not there, later in the day rockys mother told him of what happened and rocky and a couple homies went and found chuy and shot him with a sawed off shotgun, he was later arrested and sentanced to 27 years in prison where he later became an NF member - amazon book the ballad of rocky rontal.
