AB bust again in Cal

one of the charges is related to the murder of Hugo Pinell.

I haven't read the whole charge sheet yet.

many years after the Bingham/Mills commission is broken down, they have busted what appears to be a new commission.

No mention of John Stinson. I can't get my head around the structure of the AB just now.
