What a film ! Great storytelling, great direction from Stanley Kubrick and major performances from Big Kirk Douglas, Sir Laurence Olivier, Peter Ustinov, Charles Laughton, Tony Curtis and at last, but not least, the late great Woody Strode as the black gladiator.

But, Invicble, the title is spelled SPARTACUS...

anyway there is something entertaining about watching a white guy being a slave, kiond of ironic too sicne the movie was made in 1960.
