Its called reporting a story, but here is how ridiculous this racist accusation is. First I want you to cut and paste where I wrote anything that is remotely close to saying the "guy is guilty." On Friday I was accused on a radio show for being sympathetic the Mr. Ramirez, and here on the site I am being accused of saying he is guilty. So post that here.

How is race an issue. I am have been accused of being a Mexican lover, a Black lover, which is cool, because at the end of the day I report the news as best as I can.

What "right" did Mr. Ramirez have violated on this site? If you an point that out I will DELETE that right now.

Apparently (according to the news) when Ramirez was arrested, he was found to be in violation of his parole (living at a different address than was reported to parole), and was in possession of a firearm (a convicted felon in possession of a firearm), which is obviously also a violation of parole. Whether he is found to be involved in this crime or not, he will likely be doing at least a bullet for the parole violation anyway.

Funny when you compare the booking photo of Ramirez and the above information to what his mother has been saying on TV! "Oh, my boy doesn't do anything. He doesn't even like gangs". It might be time for her to pull her head out of the sand...

thank booking photo was actually an old one, plus I don't believe he was in possession of a firearm. His only violation, if it is true is of him living at a different address, which is probably itself worth a bullet, but if they don't charge him in the beating of Bryan Stow within the next week or 2, they will probably release him. Its only right.

You might have noticed that the news just announced that Ramirez is wanted in connection with a gang murder in Nevada now too? And he was ID'd by a few of the wits during the police lineup as at least having been involved. We'll see how this develops.

He is not wanted because there is no warrant for his arrest. He is a named suspect for the shooting, but the police in Nevada have not charged him or issues a warrant for his arrest.

Apparently Ramirez turned down an offer of a 1 yr parole violation and requested a full parole revocation hearing instead. Between the gun and the fake address, I think he should have just taken the year! The hearing is set for June 20th.

Apparently Ramirez turned down an offer of a 1 yr parole violation and requested a full parole revocation hearing instead. Between the gun and the fake address, I think he should have just taken the year! The hearing is set for June 20th.

The gun accusation is not why they are holding him. On June 20, 2011, the parole board will rule on the gun, which was not found on him or in his room. The year offer is what he would get anyways, so why not challenge it?
