25 arrested on the streets, about 10 more charged that were already in custody. and all kind of Mexican Mafia allegation. I posted the entire indictment in the article, but if you read it, most of it charges minor and petty drug offenses.

Dave "Crow" Smith looks black, but in the indictment they are alleging that Big Hazard was on some "Nigga K" in Ramona Gardens.

they did the firebombing thing on blacks apts but never pushed NK like a lot of these other gangs.

How do u know that it was racist for sure. Perhaps could have been personal. Where they selling weed or violating some rules?282828 wrote:crow is half black and hazards never pushed NK

It was a message to the city to stop moving blacks in.. the blacks that were there are still there and we're told everything's ok. The city just kept moving black families in and evicting Mexican families so they had to put a stop to it.. wasn't on some fuck blacks more on some this is our hood and this is how we want it. Seems racist but if u look into it and know the details it wasn't.
The federal investigation started use as before that happened anyway when cricket from the eme was released from Florence adx

I said "racist for sure" cuz anytime u throw molotov cocktails in black families homes it's hard to argue that it wasn't racist but if u look into the way it was done you would see that it could have been a lot worse.. no one was hurt and no one was kicked out and there's a reason for that. It was simply a message to the city. It almost looks like these families were told not to be home at this time to keep them from being hurt.
Hazard is a serious neighborhood that's kept their projects almost 100% Mexican and have controlled them since they were opened and then around 2010 the city puts cameras up and starts moving in black families and not just a few but a lot.. this was the city trying to take power away from them. The black families were unfortunately caught up in the mix.
A lot of the members might be racist but they don't push it as a whole like some of these other gangs. There was just a lot to it.
It's similar to fighting gentrification.. do some shit to scare these rich white people from wanting to move into our neighborhoods and build expensive lofts and kick us out.

Gentrification is arguable. I grew up around the echo park area. Gang members and families around here did shit for the neighborhood. The ones who made it out the hood never came back. The hipsters made the area beautiful and safe. they brought life instead of death.

I need to retract part of my earlier statement about gentrification. Ive forgot about the good that was around. There was culture and plenty good times. Peace.
