Interesting map I found of the West Adams section of LA. Are you familiar with the West Adams area? How would you define it?

Strange because I was thinking about that like a couple months ago about West Adams... I was thinking where the 18th Street Smiley/Alsace hoods are was also West Adams (west of La Brea). But I've heard that area (Harpys & Rollin 20's region as being West Adams as well.

Also I thought north of the 10 on that map is more Pico-Union and Mid City? Not sure if that map is fully accurate. It even has the L.A. Convention Center as "West Adams" when I consider that Downtown, or at least the South Park section of DTLA.

This is an exagerrated version of West Adams for sure.

I would say Venice to Jefferson/Vermont to Crenshaw... but areas overlap each other
like Jefferson Park to me is Adams to Rodeo/Vermont to Crenshaw
Mid City is really big and hard to define, I would say Washington to Wilshire/Vermont to LaBrea, but others might say that Mid City expands past LaBrea on the west to La Cienga and past Vermont on the east to the 110

West Adams district is pretty much from Figueroa to Fairfax and between Adams and the 10 freeway. Some parts go south of Adams almost to Jefferson in 20s hood and in West blvd hood. Jefferson park kinda overlaps West Adams between Western and Crenshaw and Adams and Jefferson. The area around Adams and Normandie is the Historic West Adams district. That area just south of Washington and north of the 10 freeway between Normandie and Arlington is also West Adams and the part just west of Normandie is also called Sugar Hill.
