Them boys raised in the 2000s. They probably see Dipset or Kanye as old skool.
But on another point, i spoke on Spi -loc before.
Now i'm all for 2nd chances, fuck it, 3or 4th, but this dude keeps on proving me right. I listened to his last mixtape, and he got a song called "nigga 4 life" on "connected 6" mixtape.
Does this guy actually listen to what he records ?
I really don't understand. Someone explain to me ....

I agree w/those saying $hort & Eazy need to be taken off that list. At 1st Eazy didn't know how to rap & Cube wrote his 1st song for him, but it seemed like he learned quick tho.. I remember I used to like hammer & didn't really like v-ice that much for some reason, but I think the guy who wrote ice ice baby definitely should of blew up over v-ice. Young MC was tight at a time too & he wrote songs for other rappers, like tone loc.

I don't like ICE-T much, but some of his raps were pretty good like someone else said. 2 Live Crew wasn't bad either, but Luke didn't seem as good solo. I like Will's summer time, but I saw someone say Rakim wrote that. Will still don't seem that bad & I know he ain't liked as much, because he always made radio friendly songs. A very good amount of E-40's songs are good, but I haven't been up on his latest albums much & WU-TANG/BIG were some of the dopest rappers from the East. Here's a song from when I thought No Limit was tight:

I don't know what it is about Pitbull, but just look at this:

I can't help, but love the video! LOL, but I think I wouldn't like the song as much if there wasn't a video for it. He doesn't really show his rap skills on that 1 too much, but some of his lines seem ok. Now I couldn't always understand Mystikal, but I thought a lot of his songs were dope too. I was almost going to say Haystack's 1 of the dopest white boys on the mic, but now I can't remember why I ever liked his music at all. Some of you must not like bay rap, but I think Dru Down was 1 of the best bay rappers to make it on the radio. Pimp of the Year is a classic!

i think some people got things confused.....just cuzz you dont like what they rapp about or their style of music does not mean they cant rapp....now i dont likke pit bull that much but i wouldnt say he cant rapp....like lil wayne i think his style iz garbage but i wouldnt go as far to say he couldnt rapp....actually what he does he does well like niki minaj i just personaly think they mostly sound stupid...now with that been said there are some people out there who just cant rapp like most of the mo thugs that bone put out back in the 90's

Pitbull actually had some good raps in his older CD's like M.I.A.M.I. and his compilations. I like pitbull for one big reason, honeys get DOWN dancin to his songs in the clubs.

Oh yeah, can't forget Shea Davis aka Punch. used to watch SMACK DVD and other DVDs like this back in the early 2000s. ouldn't understand why he was getting any type of shine.
Then again he had a street rep.
He had a shoot out with the law as a youngster.

HERE IS THE DEFINITION OF "WACK" (In my opinion):

BTW, does 50 Tyson count as one of worst rappers in history ?

Appreciate the video, but I think alonso is talking about more mainstream artist. I think this depends on how old you are. I remember hip hop when it started. My first album was the Sugar Hill Gang Rappers delight. I disagree with putting Too Short on this list. He is a pioneer of the game. Freaky Tales was the baddest song around back in the day. Styles of Rap have evolved over the years. So when you talk about lyrical structure, and how the flows connect. It is completely different from the 80's and 90's. Most of the artist on the original list I agree with but not Short Dog!

Alot of you youngsters may not remember a rapper from the 90's whose name was MC Brain or Brains. He definately has to be on the list. He may have had two songs, but both were pure garbage.

Short and Eazy def. need to come off of this list. They are pioneers and legends in the hip hop game. I would also argue Will Smith. I know that he did alot of bubble gum type rap, but if you listen to his first album, "I'm the rapper, He's the DJ", a brand new funk exhibits some true lyrical talent, and of course, Jazzy jeff was one of the best cut and scratchers around. Also, he created one of the all-time, great summer jams with that cut summertime or summer maddness. I feel that without Fresh Prince, hip hop would not have crossed into the mainstream as it is today.

I agree with most of these, but Ice T was a pretty big pioneer of the early days of gangsta rap (the OG album) and Eazy E was cool even though he rapped with dem fools from Nutty Blocc.

Honorable mention definitely goes out to a german rapper named "Moneyboy2.

He sucks so bad you dont even have to understand german to realize how much he sucks.

I would say he beats everyone mentioned so far by a long shot.
