if you knew this set of nortenos that would always get beat up by this crew of whiteboys, who would often seek them out and fight them and the nortenos were constantly licking their wounds. Would they still be a part of the set or would another group of nrotenos discipline them? and lets say it was in a small town and they didnt really use any guns or heavy weapons and the crew of white boys wasnt an official gang just banded together and some sort of a syndicate.
