everywhere had gangs dummies, and LA has barrio mexican hoods, that are still around to this day, from the 20's and 30's so what's good? Now blacks been in gangs in LA since the beginning of the 20th century too, but blacks changed the style and organizations of these gangs during the time periods, and that's where CHI has us beat -they have older modern black hoods.
