well l.a. actually started the street gangs around the 20's, 30's around there and dey also started the prison gangs around 50's while chicago started with the organized crime and organized street gangs now that is a fact. both cities i have respect for no doubt bout that but if dey clashed it wuld b one hell of a rivalry better than nyc of course.
