Which of the two cities have a more diciplined or tighter knit gang culture?

1.All chicago gangs have structure,many are organized like countries or buisness.

2.they all have literature and laws that they follow,and must memorize.

3.many chicago based gangs are or have been involved in politics,from the blackstone rangers(now just BPSN) in the 60s,to the CVLs in the 60s/70s,to the GDs and MLDs in the 90s

LA gangs are more violent, crazy, ruthless, in your face, and don't give a fohk type gangs. Homies are more equal and don't have to answer to anybody.

Outside the West Coast though Chicago got mad influence far as structure goes.

i meant that question for someone from cali,or better yet a BPS Blood member,Fluid.since we are both from the mid west,we only know about the BPSN that are people.

I really couldn't tell you. But I know the Chi does have a nice little Jamaican population and they throw the Jamaican Fest on 50th-somethin street in the summertime. They got some Jamaican restaurants on the Southside(I never got a chance to taste that jerk chicken). And one year I heard that when the mobs got real hot on the streets, the Jamaicans took over the drug scene. So they probably do got some Jamaican knuckleheads in the City but the mobs still run that shit.
