Gangs in 20 Years in CA

Unread post by Klaxon » August 1st, 2009, 3:23 am

Alright, this thread is for predicting the future, lol ... What do you think the gang situation in California will be like in 20 years?

Some questions to think about:

More or less gangs/gangmembers in CA?

Geographic spread? Will LA lose its title as the gang capital of CA?

Gangs more violent or less?

New fashion trends?

More white/Asian gangs?

Same rivalries (Norte/Sur, Blood/Crip)? Or will there be more independent gangs? Or will one side "win"/take-over in these rivalries?

These are just some ideas to make you think, you don't have to respond to them ... I just wanted to make a thread for predictions about the future of gangs in California, so post whatever is on your mind, talk about where you see gang trends heading in this state.

The trend and culture might change, and the numbers will drop, it'll be fewer hardcore members, gonna be a lot of folks doing it for an image, but the real crips/bloods will be doing business as usual.. crip/bloods done already spread out to every state in america..

To me gangbanging don't seem as big as it was in the 90's. I see tons of kids of all races skateboarding and all that other stuff now.
