There's PLENTY of hoods i dont know of in cities i'm not so familiar with, maybe some of y'all know and can fill in the blanks. They say there's 287 gangs out here in the I.E, and this list has like 170 i think.... So let's correct this list (if needed) and fill in the blanks!
