Lil Looney (rip) from Rollin Sixtys started RSC in Seattle (1984-85). Green Eye Keith Stone (rip) expanded on that foundation up until his death in (1992)... Other L.A 60s landed in Seattle throughout the years. L.A 60's started Hill Top Crips in Seattle, but they broke off and became Seattle-60s #1 enemy.
Big Chico from L.A-60s grew up in the Dorset Village on Slauson & 8th Ave. Nipsey Hussle affiliates himself with these Apartment buildings, even though he never lived there.. Big Chico was killed in Seatlle in the Early-90s. Im thinking in (1990).

HTC and OLB are arch rivals. Yes the first asian blood gang from LA that accepted all races reason for the name change in Washington.

in the documentary raskal love which is about trg u can buy on this site. it mentions how he hated going into olbz hood. i kno back then in washington we beef it w trg iono about now. since ya interviewing olb get at the esp too. they share the same projectz in tacoma. olb in seattle too. many oriental gangz up there trace their linage to olb.
