Mad as hell because in prison its even more Brown vs Black than out here. Its getting worse I agree with you two and I don't think its gonna stop any time soon. I wish Brown and Black can just unite to stop the real problems. The pigs.

If you West LA like Mid City, West Adams, you're probably right. But the far West Side - Venice, Del Rey, Palms, Pico Neighborhood - has a lot of black/Mexican tension.

When he's talkin about the Pico Neighborhood, its not Pico Rivera...I believe he's referring to the Pico neighborhood in Santa Monica off Pico Blvd where Santa Monica 13 & Graveyard Crips are at.
