Eighteens have come through the Jungles getting off on Blacks and BPS, but at the end of the Day 18 got evicted from the Jungles and Rancho Park, thats a big loss.

The Rancho Park Locos cant hang in the Park they named after, big loss for 18'Street....

I think it was more or so that BPS made a warning to other gangs, and especially Hispanic gangs (for some reason?) moving in on there turf or attempting to take over. Similar to F13 and ECC, not racial as it seems, but more out of anger and revenge towards the other.
