I'd be curious to see how Bob Johnson's version of the Rooney Rule will play out. I can see how increasing the number of blacks in corporate positions can be a good thing. With workforce demographics changing in America I actually think it could become easier for more black-Americans and other non whites to get these positions simply because their numbers will be increasing so there will be more of a need for coporate America to diversify.
