Are they only Salvadorians? or all types of Latino's.. Cause here in Florida ive seen One Rican, some Cubans, mad Salvadorians with MS13 on their arms, face etc r there White members in MS13 too?.. I Hear they beef with Latin Kings and vice versa, I don't know much but will like to know.

They are not only Salvadorans, but you basically just said they weren't.
