NY gets about that same rate but its smaller cities that have murder rates equal to those of bigger cities.

So if Camden has 400 and LA has 400 , in Camden your more likely to have known someone who has died in Camden than in L.A.

plus the cops dont get every murder

well how much people that got smoke dont matter you got to measure murder by per capita for example N.O got like 175 murders but the population is 750,000 they was number one last year on the muder rate ya dig. and la did not have 300-500 gang related? it was more like approx. correct me if im wrong i cant check cos my internet acting up but it was 392 last time i checked of murders LA right now has the lowest muder rate since 1970 do your homework. and the 392 murders in la dont mean most was gang affiliated not all murders are done by blacks or gang bangers. people get killed alot of times for petty reasons that most murders that happen each city.

r u serious anout it not being gang related over the yrs LA murder has gone down, but ill say this and I KNOW I'M RIGHT LA gets a MINIMUM of 300 gang related murders I've looked it up, and ur probably right on the murder rate. i just say LA is the craziest city cuz I've been there even lived there for a yr, i know what its like and it has been dubbed "Gang city" my point is im not takin anything away from other cities because trust I know their are some Crazy ass cities, new york washington D.C. chicago West Philly, Maryland New york City or w/e, etc.

yo, that gang stuff is definitely out there. i seen with my own eyes how people did used to be on they neighborhood stuff for real. park heights, green mount, etc. but definitely peoples out there on that blood/crip stuff, too. treetop piru out there, u got L gang, they bangin blood, plus other sets, then u got DMI <dead man incorporated.>all white gang, they get it in. i think they affiliated with BGF <black guerrilla familly.> thats a all black gang. pluss the essays doin they thing, ms-13 out there. plus some other essay stuff too, i think. bottom line, that gang stuff is DEFINITELY out there. the streets and the jails.

for the millionth time...I live in maryland, and there are no active bloods or crips...There might be some wannabes or even some people repping streets or neighborhoods, BUT THERE ARE NO BLOODS AND CRIPS!
Baltimore has turned into a terrible city and has enough problems as it is, but there are absolutely no blood/crip gang activity...nothing to be recognized at all!
