That's called Suicide by police officer. It has happened on a number of occasions before. Whether or not that was the case in this scenario I don't know, but it isn't uncommon.

At least he must have had something like that in mind, cause nobody in the right state of mind pretends to have a gun & to shoot, when confronting trigger happy Californian police officers, no?

he didn't pretend to shoot, he got up because of the dog and his hand went in the air with the "gun". He wanted to see his girlfriend who had their baby. But ol Texan blastin people and holdin guns, but he gets a talkin to.

If he wouldnt have told the cops the thing in his hand was a gun I doubt they would have shot them. Theres no way they could have seen it was a cell phone from 15 feet away in the dark.

And the girlfriend thing is probably why he was pissed in the first place. In a hostage situation you never bring out the person the hostage taker wants to see because 9 times out of 10 THATS the reason they are pissed. If they would have brought the girl friend out it would have been even worse.

And as far as the Texas thing, I already said it, if theres an immediate danger to the cops then they can shoot, otherwise they cant shoot.

The cop that got murdered knew there was an immediate danger against his life thats why he shot the Texan. (THE TEXAN DID GET SHOT) But the Texan did not wave the gun at the other cops.

Whenever i cross path with a cop i look at that nigga, and bellitle that nigga. He 5'5 short, white and bald, ima 6 foot 6 dreadlocked muthafucha. I look down on pigs, and everytime i look at a pig they get shook and start actin scary, put there head down real quick, and they try to look away, but at the same token they glazen they eyes at me, cuzz they scared im fina kill that nigga. So they play the bitch role. wont even look at you in the eye and to me thats dissrespect, that shows u pussy period, cant even look another nigga in the eye, when u a fuckin cop...

Yea....It was fuckin sad & unnecessary, but still why did he pretend to have a gun? If he had surrendered he had probably been beaten, but would have lived.....

Haha that's how the majority of them act when they're solo lol. They won't say a damn thing at all, and then try to act hard when they have backup :lol:
