Morris Peterson Sued

Some woman suing Morris Peterson for like 1.5 mil for giving her genital herpes during a relationship. Cliff Robinson faced a similar suit a while back and the case was thrown out, with the accuser paying like $75,000 for Robinson's court expenses and such. I don't see how you sue somebody for giving you genital herpes..
