I started lifting at 14 I lifted for a year(I was 5'2 when I started) and I stopped for a year and I'm 5'10-5'11 and I'm 16 years old, but I grew more after I stopped lifting honestly I think it does stuny your growth so it's better so start after you've had your growth spurt

I'm 15, I lift weights and I'm 6'3 and still growing. I was 183 centimeters in 2006. I grew to 187 in 2007. On June 2nd, I counted at 189. So yeah... The growth hormones in Canadian fast food has it's advantages besides all the negative crap...

In about 20-30 years you will know from experiance...

Then ask yourself this, do I look short to you? Do I need to bring out that embarrasing picture next to Victoria from last summer so you could compare?

On June 2nd 2008(on June 3rd I fled to Macedonia and arrived on June 4th OMG SO BOOORING), I went to my phsycichiatrist which is this Bosnian guy so we have the same mentality and can understand eachother better, he measured me at 338 pounds and 189 centimeters.

Yeah, I know, holy shit...

On and the MKD(Macedonian Dinar) is:

Live rates at 2008.07.16 21:49:13 UTC
1.00 EUR = 60.8359 MKD
Euro Macedonia Denars
1 EUR = 60.8359 MKD 1 MKD = 0.0164376 EUR

Live rates at 2008.07.16 21:50:13 UTC
1.00 USD = 38.4500 MKD
United States Dollars Macedonia Denars
1 USD = 38.4500 MKD 1 MKD = 0.0260078 USD

According to XE.com

A sign that the US is collapsing is because the US dollar, according to my grandma, was 70 Macedonian Dinars in 1999, now in 2008, it's 38, while the Euro is 60.

So this means that 100 Macedonian Dinars are about $2.60. Cheap? Yes, but for one time use. For everyday? No. I'll buy my own weights. I also requested to do some free sparring with Roza but the bitch won't come here. I am starting Karate regularly in September, and will reguarly walk everyday for about 10 kilometers or 5 miles. Then the diet as well, fuck the fatty foods, fuck em all. Only salads and shit...

100 dinars x 30 days = 3000 dinars a month = 90 bucks a month. I can buy my own exercise machine at home, oh plan to buy this umm fucking tread climber or whatever you call it. Plus Karate plus strict diet plus walking everyday. Ohh and I got weights at home, but I can buy some heavier extra shit as well to build muscle and lose weight at the same time, even though the combination is not recommended I still perfer to do it the quick and easy way, since I wanna look the way I should by next summer. :D

Sitting infront of the computer 12 hours a day = alot of pimples and acne. Here I go outside everyday and pimples + acne = gone. Fo real yo!

You would also be amazed at how much weight I lose fast and gain it fast. From a slice of pizza I gain like 2-3 pounds extra. From maybe 5 days going to Karate I lose about 10 pounds. My body is fucked up.

But it's the height we're talking about, right?

If you wanna look bough, the only things you need are a universal weight lifting machine like bowflex or something cheaper, and alot of spare time. Do this for 4 hours a day each day 7 days a week all month for 6 months you'll end up looking like Schwarzenneger in Commando I guarentee you. No systems and shit here. Make your own routine and schedule, it's not that hard, just don't waste money on it...

Karate + bodybuilding + my size and my long ass arms and powerful legs? Pfft. Forget about it. Besides that I learn pretty damn quick, I'm a white belt I've been training for 2 months non regularly and I'm already beating most of the higher belts in the class. It's the phsycological factor --- they don't want to go full in with the fear I can hurt them by just blocking them with my whole damn body, besides that it's hard to knock me down and if I go into someone no matter if he blocks and gets me a few times I will fuck him up.

Just take a look at Val Mihajlovich. :D

The girl's name is Victoria. She was 14 at the time. A tenant upstairs staying here and paying a rent of 6 Euro's a month for the school year in the high school since she's from Kumanovo and not Stip so she could be closer. This isn't the cold ass west where it's only business and never personal. These girls were my age damn it they loved my grandma as their own and they were my friends. Renata was very hot, Duca was also hot, Caca was so so, Verce a little bit eehh and Natasha was yuck but overall it was good. Victoria was the girl I jacked off to most of the time during my stay here so you can imagine...

Unfortunetly, she didn't pay rent, and idk what happened but she got a boyfriend and all of a sudden left some of the girls here said she went to look for another apartment for what reason IDK but yeah my grandma being the panic freak that she is suspects drug addiction ROFL and that 'something is wrong with her' but well she's hot she turned me on damn it but yeah she was a little suspicious of me for some reason.

This is Alexa:

His father Zoran:

Personally I think he's a serial killer but that's just my opinion. His ex-wife's cousin Rade and them two bastards own the largest kebap producers and distributers in North America:

And Branko the brother of Alexa son of Zoran:

Image

This was like 2 years ago..

Ahem..

This is Stip, Macedonia taken from somewhere northeast of the town when we were returning from my cousin's winery and villa:

Image

This is how the terrain is in Macedonia if anyone wants to know so you know we ain't blocks and linear in terms of infastructure like North America.

Here's Hotel Oaza taken from my balcony/tarrace:

So yeah...

I look tall lol...
