The Hells Angels Motorcyle Club

There are many that believe California's Prison Rehabilitation System and other systems around the world have more sinister purpose outside of incarceration. Discuss prison topics here in California, throughout the United States and Internationally.

Hi Helms,

Do you know if they were pressured into it or wanted it?

It seemed pretty voluntary. There were all kinds of pictures in the paper of the different leaders smiling and shaking hands. I don't know if they really had a choice though. Most of the high level HA came in from Quebec where they had taken part in a huge biker war. They were TOUGH guys who had beed doing shootings and bombings for years. I don't think the other gangs in my city would have had a chance if they tried to fight.

The hAs have bit off more than they can handle for now. They have a war in their own backyard, They have cop problems in a big way in canada, They have problems in the midwest because the Outlaws are starting to realize whats up and on the eastern front in Philly the red and white are about to get wiped out, not to mention 81 juice is a joke inside . Dont get me wrong I know a few stand up HA but they dont have new leaders like gorrilla and tramp. The Red and White are in deep shit.

Hells Angels is the oldest , and biggest original 1 % motorcycle club in the world. The club was founded in 1948 in San Bernardino.

Hells Angels is located in:
U.S.A, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand Spain, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Austria, England/Wales, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Bohemia/Czech Rep & Portugal.

Can you believe this?

I checked out the web site web site but I have learned different info on the Hells Angles. From what I understand the Hells Angels were originally called the POBOB's which meant The Pissed Off Bastards of Bloomington.

Bloomington is a small town is west of San Bernardino and then this group eventually became the Hells Angels but they were started in Fontana, which about 15 miles away from San Bernardino.

The one thing for sure is that the Hells Angels were started in this region of Socal but today in that area there presence seems nonexistent.

They have reunions every once in a while but that is it.

Read Sonny Barger's book Hell's Angel. He was a founding member of the Oakland chapter and explains how the two chapters came together.

Yes, he had a great take on the good & bad. He later debated two of them on a Canadian T.V. talkshow. He was supposed to buy them two kegs of beer for them letting him get info for the book but never did because he got his ass kicked by them. Some of the things he mentioned on the down side in the book was getting locked out of apartments & hotels with all possessions still inside when they can't pay the rent, toothaches & a dentist won't touch it w/o cash, and higher bail for being associated.
I do know two things that will get a member kicked out is smoking meth & lying to another member.

Vancouver H.A has one full fledged Asian member. I always thought you had to be white to join the club. I even heard one of the chapters has a black guy in it.

Gregory Wooley in Quebec is a member of the Rockers in Quebec which is the Hells Angel key puppet gang. He is a Haitian and has many notches on his belt. There is one other, forget the name and the chapter, but he was part of a gang that was patched over and was allowed to remain an Angel.

Yeah Vancouver does have the one, i saw him in the book Hell on Wheels i believe.

I think you can go to the meetings as person you are they shouldn`t make a problem of it?
Clubs spend sometimes much time on trips to festivals and other happenings ,they ride thousands of miles a year only to be on bike.
Every new member has his experiences and brings them in.
But for most of them the bike was first and from beginning a dream come true.

I know for most and mainly the Hells you have to have a bike. I know of one Montreal Angel who was such a good earner and they wanted to make him a prospect, but he didn't have a bike. Apparently they gave him a bike, but he constantly fell off of it! Anyways in the end he was made a prospect

It's a "biker gang". The lines are pretty plain here. Most of them use a bike as primary transportation. Hells Angels website says yes. I know the Iron Horsemen & the Outlaws you do. Why would anyone want to be a sidewalk biker? Some of them do give it up after being crippled in an accident, which is pretty common, but they only don't ride because they can't. It's almost like a religion to them. Got some family in one that I won't identify because it's none of my business, but if you have any serious questions I can ask.

The Canadian Hells are much less racist then their American counterparts. There are only maybe a handful of members who are anything but white. I can count four known off the top of my head and one of them is only in a puppet gang (this is not counting the members who have some sort of Native American heritiage or a FEW who have a mexican background). They only just recently removed the nazi symbols from their vest because they felt it would be bad for publicity.

The Hells Angels are frontpage news for a copple of months now here in Holland. First the police found the bodies of three Angels and arrested 15 members for these murders.
Then the president of the Amsterdam HA chapter, Big Willem, got kicked out in 'bad standing' for plotting a bombattack in the HA headquarters to kill an associate of theirs. He supposedly wouldn't mind a few casualties from his own crew. Not very plausible but it was frontpage news.
He had to remove all his tattoos within a week.
Anyway, the new president of the Amsterdam Hells Angels is a Malukan
(indonesia) dude.

What is the difference between the Hells Angels MC and the
Hells Angels Nomads MC. Eg there is the HA Nomads MC NY and then there is the HA MC New York, I realise they are still the same club but what is the Nomads all about.

Nomads are Hells who do not have to report to anyone, hence the names Nomads. They tend to be the 'cream of the crop"

Ok, but why would a whole chapter be Nomads and then another chapter isnt. I can understand certain members being Nomads but why a whole chapter, if you look at the HA website there are HA chapters and then there are HA Nomads chapters. I am not doubting your info but I would really like to find out about the whole Nomads thing.

From what i know it is a way of classifying. They are all part of these elite "chapter", yet they are not bound to any club house. They are really members without a club house. It is like a way of classifying who these members are. Also for example i know the Nomads chapters in Quebec will often get together at a club house and have a Nomads only meeting since they are like the elite members.

They are definately not a breakaway faction as they are on the Hells Angels website and have chapters all over the world, I think BendyThumbs is very close to being correct here, can anybody perhaps find out??, It would be good to know.
