Mexico and El Salvador has received the most international recognition for street gang development as a result of US deportation, but other countries in South & Central America & the Caribbean including Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Domincan Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti [d'Haïti], Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico [Estados Unidos Mexicanos], Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru [Perú], Puerto Rico, Suriname, Uruguay, Venenzuela and many other islands in the Caribbean.

Battle for Michoacan

On July 2, there was intense fighting in La Piedad, Michoacán, as members of The Gentlemen Templar attacked base Federal Police in the town, the bloody results the battle can be seen in photographs and video is presented below.

The gunmen burst the police building, were about 50 trucks The Gentlemen Templar noted some sources , So it generated an intense shootout and grenade.

Reports indicated that the armed group tried to run to Miguel Angel Rosas, and 30 elements Federal Police who were sleeping in the police building.

It was nearly an hour of fighting, it alerted the public and that the intense blasts were unmistakable. On the site were over five thousand rounds of ammunition casings. The place was practically destroyed.

In the action three gunmen were killed, they were identified as Cortez Fabian Rios, 23; Epigmenio Infante Hernandez, 30, and Pedro Cortez Ramirez 18. In addition seven elements Federal Police were also killed and three others were wounded.

That event was unleashed a wave of clashes that occurred a few days in several municipalities in Michoacan, the area has become a war zone.

what would happen if they let us forces in mexico to fight the drug war ?
