ahahahahah italian goverment is in the hand of mafia moron berlusconi is in the hand of mafia himself and berlusconi turnover is higher than he whole albanian GDP looooooool come on boy italy is imprtant on international level billions times more than albania if you say the albanian mob controls berisha (and i doubt it) it's like i say ndrangheta controls an alderman in milan city lol

top most organized crime groups
1. Triads(Chinese, Vietnamese, Taiwanese)/Tongs, Snake Heads
2. Italian Mafia(a.k.a. Family)
3. Yakuza(Japanese and can have some Korean also which they are also involved in mobs)
4. Russians(born out of prisons and way more military like)
5. Hispanics(Colombians, Cubans, Mexicans/El Salvadorans which are very powerful in America and some hispanic areas)
