I think its already been pretty much said but I'll reiterate: Using injunctions against OC people would be ridiculous because gangs are street corner thugs that engage in high profile illegal activates whereas it is the exact opposite in OC. There is no public outcry to get rid of mobguys because basically they don't shit all over their neighborhoods and create allot noise. Members of a street gang are high profile.. they wear trademark clothes and have their gangnames tattooed all over themselves and engage in unscrupulous behavior out in the open on public property.. basically they are a 1000 watt neon sign blinking on the street saying 'We be gangbangers'.

The Mob or OC in general is the total opposite for obvious reasons and allot of them are older men with well-established business reputations although now you have more and more younger members getting made which have little business sense on the legitimate side of the field and that is 1 of the reasons they have a lack of influence in major industries like they used to.
Also wiseguys or members of traditional OC groups are found on property they own like social clubs and restaurants which they use for legitimate business and illegal as well so they cant be have injunctions used against them. Their lawyers and their people in local government would have a suggestion like that quashed instantly anyway, nobody in law enforcement would take it seriously because they could not possibly get it through and consistently enforce it.

Gang injunctions dont even work for street gangs so it will never be effective for organized crime. RICO is used.
