It's a good film although Michael Campus' direction is kind of messy. He did a much better work on The Mack and Z.P.G.

But the part in The Education of Sonny Carson, where Rony Clanton is being tortured by the cop played by Don Gordon is one of the most toughest scene I've ever saw.
