Faces of Death is a funny mocumentary at best. I've seen a handful of actual documentaries that are pretty messed up but as far as just "movies" goes I thought Kids was pretty messed up. Just thinking that there are stupid kids running around that are actually doing those sort of things was pretty disheartening. At the end of the day they're all movies though and even documentaries you have to take with a grain of salt so I don't find too many of them bothersome.Sentenza wrote:To me its

The original or remake? The remake sucked, the original was really well done for it's time.Sentenza wrote:I think Hills have Eyes was one of the most stupid movies i have seen in a long time. It was weird and violent though....bryan989 wrote:hostel or the hills have eyes.
Hostel was a joke. It was way over done, the story was weak and the storyline unfolded very, very poorly. It had the makings of what could have been a decent movie but turned out like crap. Sorry, if I was stuck in a strange country where my friends just got killed and I knew no one, I would NOT be going back to save some random person I never met. Call me crazy, but I don't think too many peoples 'fight or flight' response kicks in and they want to be rambo and save everyone in a torture warehouse filled with rich people with weapons. I understand it's just a movie, but any time a movie tries to base itself in the real world and tries to sell itself like it might be able to happen (when the movie was first billed, it had a "based on a true story" tag attacted to it which was later removed for obvious reasons) then you have to stick to real world actions and a lot of that was over done and totally unbelieveable.
haha house of the thousand corpses...good flick. i actually laughed at that shit when he cut the dude in half and turned him into "fish boy" hahaha.
the devils rejects had its parts to...like when otis cut that bitches husbands face off and wore it as a mask. then not to longer after that feem got fucking smashed by a semi truck.

It WAS an X-rating. It was cut down to R but most of the versions you see today are of the original X-rated movie. It's not considered X by todays standard. Much like Midnight Cowboy.A Ghost wrote:WTF is an X rating??$outhPhillypuppet wrote:the movie Clocc Work Orange is a trip.
that shit got a X rating.
Sentenza and Christina, you understand Faces of Death wasn't a real documentary right? Which is why I don't think it's a fucked up movie at all, more of a joke movie.
Look at Ghost here watching Canada movies. I love the Cube Trilogy movies. All of them are good in their own right. The Ugly was a pretty creepy movie, just in the horror sense. The Descent is a newer, decent horror movie too.
I find movies with a bit of reality to them more messed up then Hollywood movies. Stuff like Kids and Basketball Diaries I find disturbing because they show what real people are capable of in strange times.

I actually liked Cube Zero, Michael Riley was great in it. I kind of liked the backstory but I think Cube was the best of the 3.Sentenza wrote:Yea but i liked it alot. Cube 2 and 3 sucked though.areefce wrote:that is a tripped out movie.A Ghost wrote:Have any of you ever seen Cube?
