They just didn't want to use real gang names. When I found a glitch on the game, I think I even heard 1 of the ballas say cuzz & I saw some of their tagging with the b crossed out! LOL They're definately based on gangs, but I still don't know if VLA is supposed to be based on a certain LA varrio.
