it seems that the west side was mostly owned by smacks and took wasnt even part of that .i always heard his name along with hoover ...hoover crips in south east from compton to long beach did have influence and tookie was mostly in boys home all over cpt also hoovers is the most east of all them west sidaz they even push east of freeway seems like there was two big crips faction on the west side since start one being more on manchester and other being more in the 100's did the hoover groover existed prior to crips ?
