Chico Brown and Freeway Rick Ross were friends and out of the drug game. They got lured in by Oscar Danilo Blandon to do this last buy, the only problem, Ricky didnt have the money to buy the 100 kilos of cocaine. He calls his trusted friend, Chico, who was still sitting on some cash and they decide to buy the cocaine, and it is this case that exposed the entire CIA / cocaine / contra connections.
