As I said before, there were ese sureno devil gangs, that were 10 to 20 deep, living, and existing in black gang dominated hoods, that were at least 100 deep, but yet they were never touched, or fucked with.

Hell, imagine if that were a black gang, starting up a set on a block where a black gang was already established back then: you would've seen all hell break loose. It would've been like the apocalypse.

Black gangs, by and large, fucked with their own kind more so than they did ese gangs, even when they had the power to do so, but didn't. Why? Because one of the characteristics of black gangs, despite their many faults, is to respect a separate ethnic group, and their own piece of territory, if it's not going to infringe too much upon their space. Whereas one of the characteristics of sureno, is to stay low in the cut, and passive, while they don't have the numbers-only to adopt expansionist tendencies, once they have the numbers, which results in them trying to flex their muscles, and take over black areas, by crossing the lines.
