Ohio 13-Year-Old Charged With 128 Felonies
Thursday, March 15, 2007

NELSONVILLE, Ohio — An Ohio seventh-grader was being held Thursday on 128 felony counts in connection with a crime spree that targeted homes, businesses and vehicles.

Andrew Riley was in juvenile detention and facing delinquency counts of burglary, theft, vandalism and witness intimidation.

“There are dozens of victims,” Prosecuting Attorney David Warren said.

Riley is accused of breaking into homes, businesses and vehicles, as well as assaulting a witness — a fellow student who went to police with information, officials said.

“Unfortunately he had a very severe beating," Warren said of the victim, another 13-year-old who attends the same school.

Full Brooks Cafe was one of Riley's targets, Assistant Prosecutor Keller Blackburn told The Ohio News Network. Owner Miki Brooks said the restaurant has been robbed twice.

He may be charged with them but he's 13. He cant do adult time for those

I knew this con that got that way cuz hus dad used him for his juvenile status,,,,

poor jerk started out with his dad firing him up with crank when he was 11... then he would give him the shotgun and tell him to he'd keep the motor running...
it was all downhill from there

You cant even go to jail unless you're 16, he's not going to prison.

Not only that but there's a difference between prison and jail.

If anything he'll go to a youth detention facility
