St. Anthony police in Minn. shoot and kill driver in Falcoln Heights

While girlfriend is still in the car as a passenger you can hear her telling the police officer from St. Anthony that she shot her boyfiend, later identified as Philando Castile, was shot for no reason. This occurred in Falcoln Heights
