Shit it was on the way, if the made it all the way out to NY, yall was just a stop along the way. They probably was out there hittin licks and converted the ppl buying their work from'em and then it just rolled from their. All it takes is one real soldier to pop up somewhere to convert a whole hood.

Actually they didn't migrate to Cleveland with the intention of gang banging. The drug business was big back in the day in Cleveland, and other gang members came there to set up drug businesses to make some fast cash. However as they were out in Cleveland they decided to establish their hood out there too. That's how most gangs made their way to Cleveland. Even the infamous Rick Ross had established pipelines for drugs in Cleveland, and he had bangers working for him.
