Ok, I reside in MD. There's "little" gangs repping blocks and shit. Check up at pigtown, dundalk. Come to the inner city. People do their own thing in MD.

Some people in Kent island claim crips. Saying some dude from Cali started this shit. I don't believe that shit. I do see alota people sporting black bandana's, and at malls (arundel, marely) people claiming bloods with them red flags. I think it's all show or outta towners.
