Anyone ever heard of em?

I heard they used to be in Chicago around Wrigleyville. I also heard they were in Boston.

Are they still there? Anyone know where else they are?

My dawg has this tattooed on his neck. He is from CA and has done alot of time. Dont know if it has anything to do with this. I will ask him next time I see him.

This is what militant blacks used to call whites, especially George Jackson. "The white devils with the blue eyes" is a common saying. I think some white white boys started to call themselves like that.
