FBI raid targets Yonkers gang

Members of a gang suspected of drug trafficking, assault and murder were taken into custody in a series of FBI raids in Yonkers early Wednesday morning, authorities said.


YONKERS – Members of a violent gang accused of drug trafficking, assault, shootings, stabbings and murder were taken into custody in a series of raids in Yonkers and Port Chester early Wednesday, authorities said.

A total of 13 people were charged under an indictment unsealed that morning, according to the U.S. Attorney's office. Some of those named in the indictment were already in custody.

The indictment accuses the alleged members of the GMF gang of various crimes including murder, murder conspiracy, weapon sales, dealing crack, marijuana and the party drug Molly, as well as racketeering dating back to 2008.

Jameke Brown, Floyd Gilham, Gerald Martin and Wilbur Randolph were arrested Wednesday in Yonkers. Anthony Ford was arrested in Port Chester. Kenneth Moore, the'Quan Johnson and James Johnson had been previously charged in connection with the crimes.
