Craziest Gang Allegation in Baltimore I ever heard!

The Crips, Bloods and the Black Guerilla Family are uniting to take out police in Baltimore. Is this the most ridiculous BS that has come out of Baltimore? Anf the LAPD is issuing a "Blue Alert" because the gangs in LA may do the same thing?
