Wassup ya'll.. I'm an Older God and I've been working with the youth about 7yrs. There always has been gangs, posses, and crews in NY. I was part of 1 of those crews so I understand what it means 2 bang. When i was growing up NY was known 4 it's originality. No where was like NY and everybody wanted 2 be like us. We used 2 say we'd neva have B's n C's in NY. Needless 2 say I was shocked 2 find out thier were Crips in Harlem back in the 90's but they were all about money. Later on fam and some of my son's were comin home from jail clamin Blood, and now the amount of B's n C's in NY r 2 many 2 mention.
Honestly it's a sad thing 2 me that were turning a bad sitution into worse 1. I think it's healthy 2 have groups and organazation, but when it's foundation is based on violence and not peservation it becomes self destructive. I've seen enuff 2 know that were moving backwards instead of fowards but i also know every man has his own river 2 cross and gains understanding thru maturity. So I judge non 4 i was a part of the problem aswell until enlightned. My fear is we are fighting the wrong enemy, and our streets r filling up with unneccesary blood. Tell me what yall think.

I am glad to know that at least the cuzz's in NY keep a little more unity than the Cali ones. There are a lot of Bloods in NY.
I'd like to see the people in the sets be more positive and try to make their neighborhoods safe for the people that live there. The mistake many minority gangs make is they are not on the DL like the italian ones and thus are marks for the police.
Like I told my cousin when he was stealing cars for them and getting a few hundred$$$$ he faces a felony(grand theft Auto) for a few hundred and they make thousands and only face a misdemeanor(receiving stolen property).

Great points Karma. You said whites pump this crap, it doesn't mean we should follow it. Just like the excuse that the CIA etc brings the drugs into our communities, it doesn't mean we have to do that either. The weak do it and then prey on their own and it's a sad state of affairs.
