I know they got a lot of PJ's over there, so is anyone claimin/banging, or is that strictly uptown?

I think Purplecity said there might be some DDP in there.
But the LES is not what it used to be it's a lot of very wealthy people moving into that area. The PJ's are still there but they are privatizing PJ's all over NY now. (a lot of Jewish investors buying them up) If you get caught slanging your whole family is out. That way they can sell or rent the apartments and make more $$$
