if you guys look at the 2006 i believe or 2004 europol organized crime assessment thing. the albanians are the only group mentioned in the entire report.

therefore, i find it hard when one year, the albanian criminals are the only ethnicity on that report and another year, italians, russians and albanians are treated as third rate players in the same report...

also, i think the europol reports are very literal when they talk. the colombians do in fact control the cocaine because they sell it to the italian, albanian and french organizations but they don't control the cocaine in europe because the italians and to a lesser extent albanians are the ones selling that stuff for 10 times what they paid for inside the continent...

heroin, turkish criminals do control it on a literal sense because they are selling it to everyone from turkey unless on a rare occasion an albanian, kurdish or other organization has links to afghanistant. the number of heroin suspects across the eu is dominated by turkish nationals but non-albanian traffickers are caught on average with like 10 grams of heroin while albanians on average are caught on average with i think it was 12 kilos i think. same in italy. albanians accounted for like 4% of the heroin suspected arrested but those 4% accounted for like 58% of the heroin seizures in italy.

Not by location, but overall. Just like organized crime groups in Macedonia, most Bulgarian organized crime groups are domestic and MASSIVE in comparison to other groups. As a matter of fact, Bulgarian and Macedonian groups are 'one', if you can say it. Their groups are our groups; our groups are theirs.
