Claro que não há gangues em Portugal. Nunca houve, e nunca haverá. Agora porreiro era continuarem a pensar assim...a mim dáva-me um certo jeito e a voces, pseudo-intendidos na matéria, não vos custa nada.

In Portugal? I'm not a portuguese, but the football fans in Portugal are mostly a joke. Most of the time it feels that their clubs don't even have fans (besides maybe Porto and Benfica). Which is weird, because Portugal is such a good football country...

At least it seems like most Portugee futbol fans like either: Sporting, Porto or Benfica like they're the only teams or something. I've heard there's gangs in Portugal, but they don't really seem to be like most of the gangs in the US. I think it's more just groups who like to commit crimes together, like robberies. Some even think there's a Portuguese mafia, but I don't think any Portuguese crime family calls themselves that. There was a story about this 1 guy who people said was from the Portuguese mafia & he admitted he was from a Portuguese criminal organization, but that they weren't the Portuguese mafia.

Silencioso not the gangs in portugal and slums are not all black.. in the South portugal the majority yes is black in the north the majority is white with minorities of gipsys in south and north. You can see this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GK76VmfZ_E of a Norther portuguese slum in Oporto. Majority of people are white with small gipsy commynity. its a big drug supermarket controlled by the families that live in the tower number 1...lots of family members are in jail but the supermarket dont close the youngsters of the family now take the control...its a family bizness...

And the football firms is not a real big problem like it is in turkey or greece ... There are just a few dangerous groups like from FCPORTO the "Super Dragões"(second world largest firm world wide), from SLBENFICA the "No Name Boys" and from SPORTING the "juve leo"... but in terms of football its not a real big problem its just normal like other countrys in europe... but in terms of slums i can tell you only will find slums like ours in south america... here we got real "favelas"...its true gangs here dont have names and signs and colors... but who needs it? gangsters here dont want to go to prison.... they just want your money they dont want the fame. If you see the videos i'v posted you can follow the links from youtube and see more videos related... you can see our reallity and you will not find this reality in any developed country of the 1st world.
Now for the guy that says portugal makes spain look bad... let me tell you this: see the videos then talk shit. spain is a paradise in fact thousands of people from portugal go there to find job and get a decent life.... word!

In this website they say that in portugal there are about 9000 gang members organized, you can translate the page if you want with google sapo.pt is the portuguese google so the information is true-> http://inseguranca.no.sapo.pt/ri_gangs.html
9 thousand at the time maybe now 10000 for a country with just 10 milion people... and this is just the street gangs.. nobody have numbers about mafias

If you want to see more about slums in europe you can see a website of a german photografer that did a work on that.. and guess where he got the moajority of the pics??? yes right here in portugal... have fun: http://www.julianroeder.com/workdetail/ ... N+EUROPE/9

Rumors are that some of the Sopranos cast is supposed to be in it & it has to do w/Portuguese working together w/lcn.
