Youths in a stolen car smile for the speed trap camera LOL

just looking at the picture amused me, and it happened in such a nice area lol

A speed trap caught three men in a stolen car smiling for the camera in Bournemouth. The Ford Escort, which was stolen from a private driveway, was found burnt out three hours later with no sign of the occupants. Police are hoping that the men will be recognised.

PC Robin Ellis, of Bournemouth police, said: “The car was stolen from a driveway in the Kinson area of Bournemouth at 11pm. The car went past the speed camera at about 1am and of course the device activated because they were speeding. When we found the car at 4am it was completely burnt out so we had few clues to work with. Then we saw the series of photographs and couldn’t believe it.

“They probably thought that because it wasn’t their car they could get away with it. But to have them turn to the camera at the same time is quite unusual. The picture is really clear and we are convinced people will know them or know of them.”

A 16-year-old youth has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on police bail.

Damn!! It was even accidental that their pics were taken, they went out of their way to show their faces...STUPID!!!

yes very stupid, still this sort of stupidity i found amusing. Bet the kids in the car wont find it amusing when they get caught though

You got that right!! Possibly they will develop a life long aversion to getting their pictures taken...lol.
