There's 2 sides to Niagara Falls

Canadian and American, he may have even been talking about Buffalo...

However he could mean the New York side of the Falls. If they are here they are keeping shit VERY quiet, because the only ones making noise here are the Bloods.

Another funny thing their neighborhood in LA is not that far from Hollywood, Downtown Law offices and of course USC. I lot of poor students stay their neighborhood. Also some UCLA students stay over there. They sell drugs and they extort money from those food trucks (owned by illegal immigrant so they will not tell police if they are extorted)
Also downtown LA is getting a makeover. LOTS OF MONEY lawyers law offices everywhere=organized crime.

Their gang were also quiet in LA until the 1990's then they spread like wild fire. I do not see them going away anytime soon. They are all over California now. They used to just have one or two streets. now they are main rivals with the eightteen street and eightteen street is the biggest street gang in the Nation

I found out something wierd a while back, I have a distant relative buried in a cemetary in Inglewood. And Niagara Falls and LA both have a Hyde Park Blvd.

Like I said before there are alot of college students, Korens, and professionals in that part of town. It is dangerous but if you are not a gangbanger from their rival territory they will not mess with you they are too busy doing their dirt. That is how I met minor I was going to my apartment and he was staring at me I thought something bad was going to happen but he turned out to be an alright guy when I talked to him.

They usaually do not use the net for recruitment like the Eightteen Street or Clantone 13 They are more hands on.
