Blacks and Latinos hold down the street in the areas where they're the majority or in a community where theres alot of them but besides that, they dont really relate to organised crime except for a few of them.

Mexican Mafia and Nuestra Familia are organized crime groups and they control 10 of thousands of foot soldiers , the Vice Lords is considered organized crime, some MS13 cells, some Bloods and Crips sets are known to make millions etc. The Gulf Cartel and Sinaloa Cartel cartel have up to 100,000 assassins and the Mexican Cartels are now in 42 countries, Latin American Cartels import 66% of the cocaine found in Europe etc.

Blacks Did , NOT, get along with Latinos in Newyork city drug trade until late , 80s early 90s....and that's just to Get drugs from Latinos wholesale. , before that they were at war , and stayed away from each other , Dvds is a cliff note....never the full story , LOL

The Italians use to give the blacks the Drugs wholesale .....then Latino started providing it.

Anybody who was living in Newyork city way back in the day , knows it was , Central and West side of Harlem that gave Harlem its Reuptation and notorius fame.

East - harlem was Originally , Italians , irish , Blacks .......and was refered to as Italian Harlem , before it changed into spanish harlem , .....later when Hispanics moved in east side of harlem. They were last to come in.

The Real Harlem Days died , in 1995 with Mayor Rudy Guiliani. And the Feds and NYPD , rico laws etc.

And a lot of Blacks are Moving OUT of NYC since early 90s ....Newyork is Wayyyyyy different Not the same anymore.

Now the White people are moving Back in Harlem Newyork , 40% of Harlem is WHITE Now !! And a lot of Latino hispanics are moving in Even more , now from other countries and puertorico , dominican republic , mexico ....in the future the NEW , Harlem will be.....white and hispanic
