You can view it as a bit of jealousy, but since I had immediately said the samethings @ allhood, I feel Floyd 100%.
I think you guys (not necessarily you) don't see the jealousy, envy, and bias from these announcers/analyst. We are talking about an undefeated boxer with brilliant boxing smarts in the ring, yet every single fight people are talking about him losing. As Mike Tyson would say, "thats ludicrous!"

Anyway... Floyd is a huge gambler, and a huge trick- that loves to make it rain- and has some tax issues with the IRS, thus I predicted his comeback the day he retired. It has more to do with his financial situation (including bad investments) than it does "boxing is in his vains".

He will at least fight twice more, maybe three. And the power of Manny means nada if Floyd fights a smart fight as usual. If he tries to go toe-to-toe then the fight favors Manny.

I think Pacquioa is on the same level, even though he has losses. But look up Pacquiao's losse on boxrec.com. He was 17 and 20 fighting brawls in Thailand with grown men. His only loss to a real boxer is to Erik Morales 113-115 very close on all three card, and the 2nd & 3rd time he fought Morales, he knocked him out. Pacquioa been fighting professionally since he was 16.

In my eyes, Manny has one loss that he loss by one round, other than that he would be unblemished.

That fool lost some rank in my eyes 3-4 years ago sayin he was up there with Sugar Ray Robinson!I got to laugh when he yap, yeah he beat up a few boxers on the decline in recent years. You can add Marquez to the list, cause Floyd know he can put it on him.

Thats funny.

Now let's put it in perspective.

When he kicked hattons ass it was no big deal. Yet- that was Hattons first loss. 2 years later Manny beats him and its a huge deal. It has everyone talking/

Secondly, if you are saying Delahoya was on the decline, he was 34 at the time. Thats about how old Floyd will be if and when he fights Manny. So whats the big deal??

if Floyd loses to Mosley or Manny you critics won't be saying Floyd was a declining fighter. and you KNOW that!

--

People thought Zab Judah, Ricky Hatton, and Oscars Gay Ass would beat him. He makes opponents look like nobody’s even Manfreddy, Coralas, Gotti and Hernandez all these guys were real warriors in the divisions he fought in.

This is a guy that fought with a broken hand, and makes no excuses. when he loses, he just loses. But thats weak throwing it out there that he's fought fighters n the decline now he has to fight under the same circumstance.

You can make the argument that Hatton was in decline when he fought Pacquiao and not Mayweather, but in the end Pacquiao was far more impressive against Hatton. He was explosive, elusive, and fast as all hell. He got the job done quicker, and if you don't want to chalk that up to Manny's skills then you can chalk it up to Mayweather's defensive style.

I DO think that if Mayweather takes the L, even Mayweather haters will say he was on the decline. That's something that people say ANYTIME a boxing great loses.

Another way of looking at it would be that Mayweather fought an undefeated Hatton, full of confidence and expecting to win. This kind of confidence, and the undefeated feeling of invincibility, is something that a lot of boxing commentators/analysts etc value very highly with regards to how a fighter will approach the fight. When Pacquiao fought Hatton, Hatton was nowhere near as good as when he fought Mayweather. . Pacquiao's last 2 fights were against Mayweathers left-overs. .

People love to hate on Mayweather, especially for the way he acts. Recently I saw an interview of his citing that he always boxed the way he does, but nobody cared about him until he started running his mouth too, so why should he stop now?

Yep!

I've been trying to explain that apparently no one cares.

Again, proves many casual fans just go off what they hear from these crackhead analyst with college degrees that will say anything their producer tells them to say.

He's got two big moneymakers left for him if he fights Mosley and Pacquiao. I think a fight with mosley would be killer, last time I saw mosley fight was against margarito and he was straight up deadly, way better than when he lost to Cotto. I think his size would help when he has to chase gayfeather all over the ring. But i wanna see how freddie roach approaches a floyd - pacquiao fight.

too me paquiao has the speed, mayweather has the brain, and mosley has the power,if mosley and mayweather got in a fight, mayweather would be going all over the ring cuz with a few good hits mosley could just put the power and knock him out, paquiao to me just attacks as fast as he can, thats a good and bad thing cuz mayweather likes it when they swing at him crazy so that they get tired faster and he starts hitting them and knocken them down
